Staff were friendly and helpful. Delicious and filling dinners. Spacious and warm room with beautiful views. Lots of communal areas for relaxation.
Food was average. Occasional unpleasant smell in the neighborhood.

We absolutely loved our stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was simply breathtaking, surrounded by serene mountains and offering a calming and quiet atmosphere. The staff here went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction, providing exceptional service with a friendly and helpful attitude. The room we stayed in was spacious and warm, cleaned daily to perfection. The hotel also had a variety of communal areas both inside and outside where we could relax and unwind. We particularly enjoyed the delicious and extensive dinner options, as well as the fantastic spa area.
We would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great vacation experience.

We spent Christmas in the Dolomites and it was absolutely amazing. We enjoyed stunning views of the snow-clad mountains and the location was just perfect for skiing. the staff were extremely friendly, welcoming and helpful. We especially liked the spa area and the pool, which were a great way to relax and unwind after a day of skiing. the food was delicious and varied, catering to all tastes. We were also pleased with the cleanliness of the room and the hotel in general.
